Agree escalation and communication responsibilities before handover.<\/li><li><strong>How does external fibre meet the internal cabling?<\/strong> Document termination points, labelling, patching, testing and access arrangements. The transition into racks and equipment should be part of the design, not an unresolved installation detail.<\/li><\/ul><p>For procurement teams, these questions turn a broad infrastructure concept into items that can be checked. Request project-specific evidence and distinguish planned capability from contractual service commitments.
