This is a technical reference, not a September 2024 product announcement.<\/p><h2>Practical implications<\/h2><p><em>The following is XConnect\u2019s planning interpretation.<\/em><\/p><p>A labelled floor plan is useful only when it agrees with the rack and port records used by operations. Before adding capacity, walk the route with the installation and facilities teams. Resolve ownership of shared spaces and access arrangements while changes are still inexpensive.
